ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Bernard E. Palmer has nearly 10 years of direct hands-on experience teaching The Federal Employment System workshops to military veterans, spouses and civilian personnel. His career in job services spans over 25 years in Human-Resources Management, Veteran and Spouse Employment Assistance and Vocational Rehabilitation. He has taught over 100 federal employment workshops, plus a countless number of resume writing, job search strategies, interview techniques and career planning workshops. Bernard holds a Master of Science in Adult Education, with an emphasize in leadership from Troy University.
